All manuals we offer are available by PDF Download or Printed Hard Copy. For PDF orders we'll email you a 'Download Link' after the order is verified by Paypal and us. We send out the Download Links everyday from 9am to 9pm. Everyday of the Week, Month and Year! All orders received after 9pm will be sent out at 9am the next morning. The Download link is good for 5 downloads or 7 days. Whichever comes first. Sorry no refunds, returns or exchanges after you complete the download. If we make a mistake and send you the wrong manual, we'll gladly send you the correct manual ASAP, free of charge! Just contact us by email and we'll make it right! Please keep in mind that our PDF's are set-up for printing a manual. Some pages might be horizontal and some vertical and some with alternating pages, depending on the original manual. Yes you can view every PDF manual and every page, but some manuals will require you to click and turn a page to view it. With Adobe it's very ease to do. Almost all of our PDFs were made by us and they are scans of the actual manual. We scan each page one at a time and then clean and trim the page to get a good looking Pic to insert into the PDF. All Printed Hard Copy orders are 'Laser Printed' copies from the same PDF's we sell. All manuals are printed on regular size 8 1/2 by 11 paper with heavier cover stock being used for the front and back cover. And staple bound. All Printed hard copies are Shipped within 48 hours by first class mail with tracking/delivery confirmation. Manuals over 100 pages or orders with multiple manuals will automatically get upgraded to priority mail because of the weight. Shipping and Handling is automatically added to the cart for all shipped items. If you don't receive your manual within 5-7 days, please contact us ASAP.
